We have created hundreds of websites with AdSense since mid-2006. So far we have made a good income of these sites, and it's the 80/20 rule. 80% of our income is generated by 20% of the sites. We have found that to achieve a steady stream of ppc income it takes about 8-12 months of creating good back-links and researching keywords that would make the site findable on search engines. Not that easy, actually.

However, our biggest success is the click-through rate and earnings per click. Google doesn't allow us to share these numbers in a public forum, but they are both very high compared to the expected 3-5%.

We have taken the approach that we are good in developing these sites but want to sell the most profitable ones to allow developing new ones. This way they buyers would take advantage of acquiring a site with proven (>12 months) of revenues.
